ToolControl
ToolControl is the intelligent tool changing box: If a tool is removed, it automatically calls up the right screw programme. Controlled by the screw control, ToolControl shows the fitter the tool that is required for the screw process.

• Intelligent programme pre-selection depending on tool and/or monitoring of the programme and screw sequence
• Automatic recognition and assignment of other tool changing boxes
• Cascadable up to max. 32 tools
• Connection to the control via just one DSM system bus cable

TC8: for 8 tools up to max. 25 mm diameter
TC4: for 4 tools up to max. 40 mm diameter
TC2: for 2 tools up to max. 72 mm diameter

Electric drill hole adjustment

• Can be used with DS series controls
• Drill hole adjustment with absolute encoder
• Several hole sizes can be inputted in plain text in the MultiPro control or e.g. an SPS
• No need for mechanical retrofitting and pneumatic activation
• Hole size adjustable from 55 to 200 mm, extension available on request
• Complete with mounting flange for screwdriver DS 34/44

Horizontal/ vertical axle in pneumatic or electric design

• Can be used with DS series controls
• Control is effected either directly via our MultiPro control or with an SPS
• The stroke / drive length is integrated into the screw cycle
• Different stroke/drive lengths available: 50/100/160/200 mm
• Complete with mounting flange for DS screw units DS 34/44
