    Position monitoring of the assembly tool

    Many of the tasks of hand-guided and partially automated assembly call for strict orders to be followed. Equipped with XY sensors (Z sensor is optional) and a position controller integrated in the foot, the HST-XY extends the functionality of your screw system. This checks the position electronics in connection with a higher-level control, in terms of whether a defined operating sequence is observed. No screws are forgotten and even complex screw sequences can be specified and monitored. Or you call the corresponding procedure in your DSM screw control system via the screw position.



  • The handling stand is robustly designed with aluminium die cast parts and stainless steel shafts.

    The eyebolts for cable routing are integrated. The counterbalancing is performed using adjustable balancers. Universal tool holder with three thread borings for attaching handles. They are secured via the foot with three borings or via the cutout for clamping.

    Available in the GG-40, GG-150 and GG-300 design.

    Position monitoring with PosiControl or PosiControl4
    The integration of the encoder senor XY and the Z-axis sensor in POSI 1 enables checking of operating processes. Each position in the range of the handling stand can be monitored (theoretically possible positioning resolution < 0.2 mm in a rigid system).
    The position monitoring can be retrofitted at any time.

     

  • Thanks to the combination of stainless steel and aluminium, the swivel arm is robust and very light. As the basis, it has an assembly flange, parallel guides made from drawn aluminium and a regulatable pneumatic cylinder for counterbalancing. A central connector connection and eyelets are also integrated for cable assembly.
    The tool holder can be replaced.
    Available in the long and short swivel arm with or without position monitoring.
