Control system with digital measuring signal processing for nutrunners and press-in units – the perfect choice for semi-automated and (fully) automatic processes. Thanks to the modular structure, control electronics and servo controllers are combined in a compact housing - the control system therefore requires little space and does not need a switch cabinet. Configuration and programming takes place directly on the device or external PC. Create individual sequence programmes and adjust these to the process sequence.

Position system control

Many of the tasks of hand-guided and partially automated assembly call for strict orders to be followed. Equipped with XY sensors (Z sensor is optional) and a position system, the handling components extend the functionality of your control system. This checks the position electronics in connection with a higher-level control, in terms of whether a defined operating sequence is observed. No positions are forgotten and even complex sequences can be specified and monitored. Or you call the corresponding procedure in your DSM control system via the position.

QS measuring system control

The QS-Box is a digital measurement system for the quality assurance of process operations. The countermeasurement device can be used for monitoring and checking as well as adjusting or calibrating tightening and press-in systems. This flexibility enables use of plug-in modules for the most common measuring sensors. This means that each sensor type can be equipped with the right measuring module.

  • SCI (=Sensor Converter Intelligent) converts analogue signals
    to digital ones and enables signal transmission which is insensitive to interference.
    The SCI module is permanently connected to the sensor, as the data of the sensor is stored in the integrated parameter memory module. The connection to the QS-Box is established via the DSM-Digital measuring module.
