Linear Module

Normal opera­tion – In the basic posi­tion, the nutrun­ner is fixed to the output via a locking device. The nutrun­ner is used normally in the assem­bly process.

Tool-free assem­bly – By opera­ting the locking bolt, the nutrun­ner can be moved with the linear slide and fixed at a snap-in point for the inte­gra­tion of the trans­du­cer. Assem­ble the torque transducer.

Measu­ring mode – Control measu­re­ments during produc­tion and record data with the QS Box.

Precon­di­tion for this is a firm connec­tion between linear module and output as well as the direct moun­ting of the nutrun­ner at the linear slide.
