The Multi­Pro 3G combi­nes digi­tal signal proces­sing, servo control­ler, and control elec­tro­nics in a single compact housing – the ideal solu­tion for use with our nutrun­ners and press-in units in semi- and fully auto­ma­ted assem­bly and test­ing processes.

Thanks to its modu­lar design, the system saves space, requi­res no sepa­rate control cabi­net, and inte­gra­tes seam­lessly into exis­ting produc­tion lines.

Confi­gu­ra­tion and programming can be carried out directly on the device or extern­ally via PC using MPEC soft­ware. This allows you to create indi­vi­dual sequence programs and tailor them precis­ely to your application.

Legacy Control Systems Still Available
For exis­ting plants and dupli­cate machi­nes, the proven prede­ces­sor models Multi­Pro, MultiC­las­sic, Multi­Ba­sic, and Multi­Ba­sic­Blue remain available. Appli­ca­ti­ons that previously requi­red multi­ple hard­ware vari­ants can now be flexi­bly mana­ged with the Multi­Pro 3G – thanks to targe­ted hard­ware and firm­ware confi­gu­ra­ti­ons within a single system.
